Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Find lands, properties, local housing, and villas for sale.
• Negotiate terms and prices for the purchase of properties with landowners and real estate agents.
• Evaluate lands and properties in terms of value, accessbility, location, and environment.
• Assist the buyer and seller with all administrative and notary procedures.
• Negotiate land and property purchase prices and terms with landowners and real estate agents.
• Ensure that real estate projects meet local regulatory and environment standards.
• Competitive salary + great commissions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in the same position.
• Have knowledge on land/villas and certificate regulations
• English and French speaker
• Able to work individually and as a team.
• Able to drive motorbike
• Bali based, expat (visa provided by the company) or Indonesian citizen.
• Negoatiation skills to obtain the best prices and terms for lands/properties/villa purchases.
