MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an innovative marketing strategy aligned with the agency’s positioning.
• Design digital and offline communication campaigns to promote properties.
• Coordinate content creation (articles, photos, videos) with external providers or in-house teams.
• Manage and grow the agency’s online community across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize the agency’s website with effective SEO/SEA strategies.
• Monitor digital performance using clear and measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos).
• Ensure consistency in messaging and the visual quality of communications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
• Excellent command of digital marketing tools.
• Experience in social media management and visual content creation (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of the real estate or luxury market is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Indonesian is a bonus.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Indonesian citizen or foreigner ( Kitas will be provided by the company)
