This villa was beautifully designed and built to a high standard in 2017 & showcases a traditional teak structure architecture from Sumbawa (Rumah Pangung) with a modern, bright and open contempary design. The interior is particulary well laid out for a family. A combination of modern & rustic style with earthy colours makes for a sophiticated yet very comfortable ambience for the inhabits.

Facing west and located at the edge of a quiet river valley, uninterupted views of rice fields and lush green plantations can be enjoyed from almost all of the villas areas; master bedroom, guest bedrooms, living room that connect to the swimming pool area.

There are 3 additional bedrooms (one currently used as a TV/playroom) all with ensuite bathrooms, facing a large private lawn garden. This setting is very safe for family with little children or elder people because all are in 1 floor and under the same roof.

The villa is also equipped with a sauna room near the swimming pool enabling you to have relaxing moments whilts enjoying the nature.
